Coordinate, monitor and supervise the day-to-day workings of OPD, IPD, security, transport, and engineering & maintenance departments. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Ensure quality of services provided especially in IPD and OPD services. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Supervise maintenance of equipment and machinery. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Regulate staffing in accordance with fluctuating workload.

Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management or a similar field. Prior experience in operations, management, and leadership. 5+ years experience in hospital administration. Understanding of finance and budgeting. Ability to build relationships among employees, managers, and partners. Great communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
